Ministry Profile
Biblical Discipleship & Growth Ministries (BDGM) is a non-denominational Evangelistic, Training, Church planting and Community Transformation organization located in Ho, Volta Region and operates Ghana, mainly in the hinterland, parts of neighboring Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Sudan. The organization started operations unofficially as far back as 1996 but was incorporated on 28th September, 1998 and was empowered to commence business on the same day.
BDGM is governed by a board of advisors who are responsible for decision making and give final approval for activities to be undertaken by the organization. Directly in charge of administrative activities is the Executive Director who also coordinates the various units – missions, training, social services and finance & projects. There are directors in charge of each of the four units. This can be pictured in the following diagram.
